In the framework of Plan Bleu’s cooperation with the United Nations Environment Programme Ecosystems Division, Plan Bleu is seeking an international consultant to further improve a concept note and implementation plan for the Programme Preparation of a Mediterranean Forest Initiative.
Plan Bleu is a Regional Activity Center of the Mediterranean Action Plan (MAP) which is one of the main components of the United Nations Environment Programme based in Marseille, France.
