On 23 May the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge will present the Asturias Forest Week, which will take place from 16 to 21 June 2025, including both the 9th edition of the Spanish Forestry Congress (9CFE) and the 15th edition of the Asturforesta International Fair.
The Spanish Forestry Congress is a key national event, showcasing the scientific community’s commitment to finding innovative solutions to challenges such as climate change and development of a sustainable bioeconomy. Additionally, several technical trips will be organised, allowing attendees to closely observe forest management practices in the Asturias region.
Asturforesta, the International Forestry Fair in Tineo, stands as a reference point for the forestry sector in southern Europe. It serves as a meeting place where the latest technical advancements and market trends, both nationally and internationally, are presented. The fair will feature live demonstrations of heavy machinery, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative solutions that are redefining the forestry sector.
