The PREMIERE Seed-Funding Initiative aims to provide assistance to practice organisations that are interested in joining Horizon Europe project consortium in the early stages of proposal development for 2025-2026 calls. The goal is to strengthen the so-called multi-actor project’ approach by supporting the development of more relevant, coherent, and well-prepared project proposals.
This opportunity is open to practice-oriented organisations with limited resources (such as operational groups, farmers’ organisations or professional organisations, farm businesses, and other agri-food SMEs or NGOs), that are operating in a member state of the European Union, and are newcomers to Horizon Europe. Applicants may have prior experience participating in an EIP-AGRI Operational Group or be part of a LEADER Action Group.
This initiative will provide a financial contribution to support these organisations in effectively contribute to the proposal writing, without the need to lead or manage the process themselves. The financial support (6000€) can be used to cover participation in consortium meetings, communication, personnel costs, training, and outsourcing specialised services. Funding recipients will also be asked to actively participate in the PREMIERE mentoring program and to give feedback on their proposal writing process.
