This month’s newsletter leads with a crucial policy summary from the European Forest Genetic Resources Programme (EUFORGEN). The report underlines the urgent need to ensure the resilience and productivity of Europe’s forests by increasing genetic diversity and using suitable forest reproductive materials (FRM).

The newsletter also features the first in a series of practical guidelines from EUFORGEN on how to produce and use these valuable FRM, as well as being packed with project news and interesting stories in the field of forest resilience and innovation in Europe.

As always, this edition includes open calls, upcoming events and publications from all over the Mediterranean, as well as items of interest from elsewhere.
