MARGISTAR is launching its first Training School to explore the theme of periphery traps, social and socio-ecological innovation, and post-marginalisation visions as they relate to mountainous areas.
The event will take place in Peneda-Gerês Transboundary Biosphere Reserve, Portugal, from 11 to 13 June 2024. Applications close 15 March.
Participants of the Training School will work to understand mountain socio-ecological traps, envision mountain socio-ecological traps in the field, and learn about diagnosing and monitoring socio-ecological traps.
