The FIRE-RES Open Innovation Challenge (OIC) is an international open call seeking innovative wildfire risk management solutions for a number of important challenges faced by stakeholders across Europe.

On 18 October 2023 at 15:00 CEST, a Q&A webinar will take place for those interested in entering the OIC. During the event, inquiries, questions, and doubts of potential applicants will be addressed.

Successful candidates will receive expert mentoring and in-kind support to further develop innovative solutions, test solutions in collaboration with the 11 FIRE-RES Living Labs, and upscale them. Financial support is available for demonstration and piloting activities and will be allocated case-by-case.
