Gaining in-depth urban forestry knowledge with the Uforest Specialization School

A learning opportunity tailored on the training needs of students and professionals in the urban forestry sector.

The Uforest Specialization School is a 14-day intensive in-person training programme held one week in Barcelona and one week in Milan. Currently in its second week, the course started in Barcelona on 12 September.

Through lectures, seminars, workshops and field visits, the aim of the Specialization School is to provide students with specific knowledge and skills in the urban forestry and related sectors.

The Specialization School features many international experts in urban forestry, such as Cecil Konijnendijk (Nature-based Solutions Institute), Laura Cid (Barcelona Metropolitan Area), Maria Chiara Pastore (Politecnico di Milano), among many others.
