The Institute of International Forestry and Forest Products is organising a Winter school on Non-Timber Forest Products to bring together students and experts to discuss the new perspective provided by research on the potential role of these product in supporting the transition towards a sustainable bioeconomy. Case studies will be used to present how innovative knowledge on non Non-Timber Forest Products can be used to address global challenges and achieve sustainable development goals. This winter school will also foster knowledge exchange and innovation transfer.
The winter school will include lectures, discussion, work groups and excursions focusing on a wide range of non-timber forest products topics.
To be considered for admission, prospective participants are asked to apply by submitting a one-page motivation letter in English by 15 February.
