New year in the EFIMED network: towards more resilient Mediterranean forests

    Fresh year 2023 and new challenges and activities ahead! The EFI’s Mediterranean Facility is pleased to share with all of you a new newsletter full of inspiring stories, events and opportunities coming from our Mediterranean network and beyond.

    In this first edition of the year we want to place special focus on the release in English, French and Spanish of the Mediterranean Forest Research Agenda 2030, a strategic document that has channelled the efforts of the entire Mediterranean forest community in establishing the pathways and priority areas of research to address the climate and resilience challenges faced by our forests.

    As ever, this edition includes calls, upcoming events and publications from all over the Mediterranean, as well as items of interest from elsewhere.
