The Forestry Association of Navarra, Foresna-Zurgaia, will celebrate the IV edition of the Bosques Algo Más conference on October 7 2021.

The conference, which will take place at the Cathedral of Pamplona, will feature representatives from the forestry, educational, social, cultural, health, gastronomy and fashion sectors with the aim of showing the multifunctionality of our forests.

Forest owners are in charge of carrying out sustainable forest management for the continuity of the forest. Yet, beyond the prospect of profitability in the very long term, Navarra’s forests offer multiple economic opportunities, social possibilities, and environmental benefits. This event is intended to showcase these multifaceted forest functions to society.

Through exhibitions, presentations, talks on art and culture, and even forest food tastings, the event brings together leaders from across the forestry world to deliver the event’s key message: “the forest is a whole, and that’s how we must manage it.”

Please note that this event will be held in Spanish. There may be the opportunity to attend virtually — you can indicate your preference in the registration form.
