Looking to the future with the Mediterranean Forest Research Agenda 2030!

At the European Forest Institute we kick off the summer with the latest edition of the Mediterranean Facility newsletter. Among many news on European projects, forest resilience and forest management initiatives, this June issue tops the list of contents with the Mediterranean Forest Research Agenda 2030: a successful EFI initiative that aims to bring together the Mediterranean experience to identify the main challenges and opportunities for the next decade of forest research.

The EFI’s Mediterranean Facility calls on all members and subscribers of the Mediterranean network and invites them to join this collective effort, open to researchers, policy makers, stakeholders and experts from the forest-related community from Southern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, as well as from other Mediterranean climate zones.

As ever, this edition includes calls, upcoming events, and publications from all over the Mediterranean, as well as items of interest from elsewhere.
