The ThinkForest webinar event on Public Perception of Forests and Bioeconomy aims to understand and discuss the public perceptions of forests, forestry and the forest-based bioeconomy. How are the media and science shaping the public perception of forests in Europe? How can we improve the public understanding and communication on the role of forests and forestry?

A new study by the European Forest Institute on “Public perceptions of forestry and forest bioeconomy in the EU” will be presented at the event. Janez Potočnik, President of ThinkForest, will chair the seminar and lead a panel with the following speakers:
