The European Forest Institute is offering 10 short term mobility grants for early stage researchers and professionals. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in international level forest research and forest-related activities!
The grants enable young scientists and professionals to gain experience of working in a different organisation in another European country, foster collaboration, and learn a new technique, methods or tools not available in their own institution. In addition, selected research grantees will be offered a possibility to participate in the 2020 Young Researcher Challenge of the prestigious Marcus Wallenberg Prize event in Stockholm.
Who is eligible?
The grants are aimed at early stage researchers and professionals who are from, or who wish to visit, EFI Associate and Affiliate Member organisations with a valid membership for 2020.
The visit should take place between 1 July 2020 and 31 May 2021. The deadline for applications has been extended until 15 April; 15:00 CET.
