Welcoming summer with the latest Network News from the Mediterranean!


    We warmly welcome the summer season with a new June edition of EFI Network News from the Mediterranean Facility, which includes reflections and articles on payment for ecosystem services, bioeconomy as a model of sustainable prosperity and response to greater resistance to catastrophic forest fires and a better forest management. 

    In addition, we report on the presentation of the H2020 My Sustainable Forest project in the Czech Republic, the first chestnuts with PFEC certification in Spain and interesting cross-border initiatives such as COOPEREM, among many other news on forest social innovation.

    As ever, this edition includes calls, upcoming events and publications from all over the Mediterranean, as well as items of interest from elsewhere.
